Mom and Dad Tew Visit

Scott's parents came for one last Jersey visit. We went to Philadelphia and New York City for what was most likely our last times as "locals'. We had fun, even with poor Ms. Peggy getting sick. She was a trooper, though, and thanks to some antibiotics from a well staffed minute-clinic. she hung in there as well as the rest of us!

We celebrated Ms. Peggy's birthday when they arrived. It was a couple of days late, but it was still much better than a long distance phone call!

This is a creative attempt to escape the rain while walking around Princeton's campus.

I will always laugh when I look at this picture taken during a wild taxi ride in New York!

We took a SHORT break in Central Park after going to the zoo.

Another wild taxi ride that Scott seems to be enjoying a little too much.

And this, of course, is the Statue of Liberty. We splurged and veered from our normal Staten Island ferry trip and instead took a 2 hour harbor tour. I don't know if it was actually the tour or just sitting for two hours that I enjoyed the most, but this was my favorite part of the day!
